Rachael Pazdan is a creative producer + music presenter based in Brooklyn, NY. She is currently the Director of Creative Production for AdHoc Projects.
Hi! I’m Rachael. I’m a live creative producer and music programming expert with more than 15 years of experience crafting magical and memorable experiences and concerts in New York City, nationwide, and overseas.
Whether I’m programming live music, producing events, or directing performances, my work is driven by a deep commitment to fostering the connection between audiences and artists. I believe that well-crafted live experiences have the power to enrich our relationships—not only with fresh ideas and opportunities but also with one another and the world that surrounds us.
I’ve booked musical talent for some of New York City's most notorious venues, including Public Records, Le Poisson Rouge, The Bell House, and The Manhattan Inn. As an event producer, some of my proudest accomplishments include executing tentpole events for Rolling Stone across the country, producing events for Global Citizen in NYC and South Africa, talent management for the groundbreaking inaugural Savage x Fenty runway show, and mobilizing stages to entertain voters in line for the 2020 General Election via Joy to the Polls.
Check out some of my live event production experience here and my music programming experience here. I’m so obsessed with producing amazing live creative experiences that I’ve independently self-produced a handful of projects, too. Find those here.
Additionally, I’m grateful for some of my guest teaching experiences and enjoy supporting young and hungry future producers and music bookers. I’ve been a guest lecturer at CalArts, New York University, Syracuse University, and my alma mater, SUNY Purchase College, where I completed a BA in Arts Management.
